Development layouts for Epstein's personal Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Additionally featured in this new document disclosure is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had formulated development schemes to develop the sprawling island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Marked on the drawing is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a key detailing different areas of the property.
Alongside this are what seem to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, such as designs for marina coverings.
More documentation disclosed as part of the continuing oversight disclosure.
